1. About these terms

These terms govern purchases made on this website, operated by DR.AR. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred or payment could not be verified; any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order for card payments; Cash on Delivery orders are paid to the courier on receipt. Discount codes cannot be combined.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

Our returns policy is described on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these terms. Statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Product information

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Always patch test and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Information on this site is not medical advice.

7. Accounts and reviews

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Reviews must be honest and respectful; we moderate reviews and may remove content that is misleading or abusive.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
