Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our studio within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping costs Rs 250 and is complimentary on orders over Rs 5,000.

• Domestic: 3–5 business days
• Europe & UK: 5–8 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is on its way. Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products are covered by our 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if a formula does not suit your skin, contact us and we will arrange a return or exchange.

To start a return, write to our support team with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.
