What we collect

When you shop with DR.AR we collect the information needed to fulfil your order: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and order history. Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers. If you create an account we also store your saved addresses, wishlist and reviews.

How we use it

• To process and deliver orders and send order updates.
• To respond to support requests.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Unsubscribe any time from the email footer.
• To improve the site using aggregated, anonymised analytics.

Who we share it with

Payment processors (Stripe), shipping carriers, our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase) and email delivery providers, each only to the extent required to provide their service. We never sell personal data.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your bag. No advertising cookies are set. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so will sign you out and empty your bag.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data by signing in to your account or by contacting hello@dr-ar.com. You can also request a copy of your data or object to processing.
